Word has it that Ryan is looking for a club song that the players walk out to at every match. MATCH REPORT 12TH OCTOBER 2021

Word has it that Ryan is looking for a club song that the players walk out to at every match. May I suggest the Walker Brothers number one hit from 1965 Make it Easy on Yourself because at the moment the Rogers and Hammerstein classic, Climb Every Mountain, seems to be ringing in their ears.

Five minutes gone, 2-0 down and our key defender Harry Seabrook is limping off and out the game. Well, at least it had stopped raining!

I have a piece of advice for your training sessions Ryan...more

TRING ATHLETIC (0) 1 LONDON COLNEY (0) 0

WE CHRISTEN NEW KIT WITH AN IMPORTANT VICTORY

Our 42nd contest against London Colney (which stretches back to 1992/93) was played in bright Autumnal sunshine against the backdrop of a hot air balloon being inflated in the field next door in celebration of a lucky persons birthday. We were also able to celebrate, not a birthday but the chalking up of our first League win of the season thanks to a stunning goal from Chris Blunden at the start of the second half.

The fact that we did it whilst giving the first airi...more

MATCH REPORT - FA VASE SECOND QUALIFYING ROUND

F C DEPORTIVA 1 TRING ATHLETIC 4

WE HAVE LIFT OFF!

With jumbo jets soaring overhead, aviation terms seem apt. So, lets get them out of the way early. We ignited our season with an emphatic victory, soaring to a season high with a turbo blasting four goals from Chris Blunden. Enough.

Definition of a predator someone who attacks and plunders for gain. Well, that perfectly described our number nine yesterday. Goalscoring is an instinctive ability you either have it or you dont. Predatory strikers...more

Match Report v Leighton Town (posted Sun 19th Sep 2021)
MATCH REPORT

TRING ATHLETIC V LEIGHTON TOWN F C 18/09/21

Luke Dunstan drives through the midfield, sends Ashton Campbell through and Ashton chips over the keeper to score. Has my time capsule transported me back to Ian Richardsons side of 2017? No, damn it, Luke and Ashton are playing for the opposition and we are one down after a minute! All we needed to make our misery complete was for Fitzy to have fed Luke but he didnt, thank goodness.

1 0 after a minute. As if our job against the league leaders wasnt tough enough, this made it almost impossible. ...more

1st team Player of the Month

Sep 2018: Cameron Brooks (in association with Executive Committee)
Our first Player of the Month award this season goes to Cameron Brooks. Cameron's work down the left flank has been tireless. His value to the team is such that he has played every minute of every game so far. ether in defence or pushing forward his performances have been lively and full of endeavour. He is a very worthy winner of this award.

Well done Cam!
