For the return fixture against Eversley & California we kicked off up, the hill and into a strong breeze which resulted in a number of passes not reaching their target. With Ollie Ruttle unavailable we changed to a more fluid system with Billy Busari and Will Foley interchanging behind Clem Asante.

After having the better of things we started to shorten the game up and playing some high quality fluid football we took the lead after a series of well delivered Frankie Hercules corners when Joe Naylor found the net after 12 mins. Score 1-0

We maintained the standard and the second goal which followed on 20 mins was the best team goal of the season to date when a series of triangles played from the back and a final pass front Will Salmon resulted in a second Joe Naylor strike. Sore 2-0

Playing with the confidence borne from 8 consecutive wins and an understanding of a system that has stood us in good stead we kept our opponents under pressure and could well have gone in at half time further in front.

The half time dressing room was relaxed but determined not to let the situation change. Playing with the strong wind behind us it became much more difficult to play so we changed to playing longer into the front two. Joe Naylor completed his hat trick after pressing their defence, making an interception and scoring his 23rd goal in his 21st game this season. Score 3-0.

Some excellent hold up play by Clem Asante who had earlier been unfortunate with a chance, cleverly set up Connor Blake who side footed from 20 yards for a peach of a goal. Score 4-0.

We then welcomed back Ross Hazel after months out.

We are now unbeaten in the League since October 20th and have kept 7 clean sheets on the spin.

Next week is a season deciding fixture at League leaders Ascot Utd.
